8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiyaFaTech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing or using the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to any claim.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cairo for any legal action arising under these Terms.

13. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any policies or documents expressly incorporated by reference (e.g. Privacy Policy, Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and DiyaFaTech with respect to the Services.
